CEO
Zeiad is the CEO of algbra and Co-Founder of NWG. He previously worked at Credit Suisse and The Capital Partnership Group of Companies where he originated and advised on investments within diversified sectors across the US, Europe, and Middle East working with a number of the world’s leading sovereign wealth funds and institutional investors.
Fizel Nejabat
Co-Founder & COO
Fizel is the Co-Founder & COO of algbra. Prior to co-founding algbra, Fizel qualified and worked as a solicitor at leading global law firm Clifford Chance, working between the firm’s London and Dubai offices. He has worked on some of the world’s leading transactions, such as the PIF’s £43bn investment into the SoftBank Vision Fund. Fizel completed his Law degree at the University of Oxford.
Nicolas Huss

Nicolas is an Advisor to algbra. Most recently, he was the CEO of Ingenico Group, leading the company’s $8.6 billion merger with Worldline. Nicolas has a significant expertise in financial services and a track record of building successful international teams. Prior to his role at Ingenico Group, he was the CEO of Visa Europe and in his earlier career, worked for GE Capital, Bank of America & Apollo Global Management.
Nizam Uddin | OBE

Nizam is the Chief Strategy Officer of algbra. Prior to joining algbra, Nizam was the Senior Head of Mosaic and Community Integration at The Prince’s Trust. Nizam is a 2019 Greenberg World Fellow at Yale University, a Trustee of SOAS, University of London and a Trustee of Robert. F. Kennedy Human Rights UK. He holds an MA in Public Policy from King’s College London.
