Founder and CEO
Shiraz is the Founder and CEO of Valesco. He has a 20-year track record, having successfully closed over €5 billion of European commercial real estate investments. Prior to Valesco, he was managing director and head of real estate investments at AGC Equity Partners. Shiraz started his career at Morgan Stanley and Bear Stearns, working across real estate, trading and structured finance.

Adam is the CEO & Co-Founder of New World Group. Adam has extensive experience in founding, investing and scaling companies across several industries. He began his career in investment banking at Société Générale and went on to hold executive roles in asset management at State Street Global Advisors and Western Asset Management.
Philip Manning
Executive Advisor
Philip is an Executive Advisor to Valesco with more than 40 years of experience across financial services, real estate and corporate business development. Previously, he was Founder and CEO of the UK business of Abu Dhabi’s ADIB. Prior to this he was a Managing Director at Citigroup, responsible for global strategy and business development across 42 countries.
